This handcrafted retro trucker hat is a bold tribute to American craftsmanship and the spirit of the USA Luge Team. Featuring a medium-profile, 6-panel structured design with a slightly curved bill and classic snap-back closure, this hat blends comfort, durability, and standout style.

The unique front patch is made from layered 5 oz and 3 oz vegetable-tanned leather, laser-etched with precision and hand-dyed using a proprietary mix of black and silver acrylics. Every patch is individually finished, sewn, and sealed for a rich, textured look. The primary graphic proudly showcases the USA Luge logo, with an accented USA border graphic cut into the second leather layer for added depth and dimension.

Each hat comes with a custom wooden hang tag, laser-etched from 1/8" aromatic cedar — a final touch that nods to its artisanal roots.
